Quote Acceptance

The end customer accepts the quotation or invoice via online. then the tentative quote will converted to confirmed quote.

to achieve this we need to do the following things in viberent.

step 1: EMAIL TEMPLATE

In email template screen viberent provided the Email tags, in that you have to copy AcceptQuoteLink and paste in body of the email template then save the template.

Step 2 : Open any quote or invoice and click on Email button there you can select your email template, then you can able to see the email preview below. Verify the email content and simply click Send Email button.

Step 3: Customer can open the email and need to click on Accept Quote link. This will open the quote acceptance screen there end customer able to view the customer details and amount of the quote or invoice. 

If end customer is ok then they have to sign in the signature panel and accept the terms and conditions then finally click on Accept Quote button.

After successful acceptance it will redirect to the success message page.

Step 4 : Online Quote Acceptance Message

We can customize the Quote Acceptance Message to end user visibility, for this goto settings --> Company Configuration and there you can find this below company logo (like screenshot below.). After modified the message just save at the bottom. 

Step 5 : Apply payment while Quote Acceptance

End customer can pay using their card details while accept the quote. For this add the payments in quote or rental screen under payment tab. The payment method must be Online Payment then only end user can pay this.

After quote successfully accept the below popup will ask the card details. Once card details entered just they have to click pay button.
