SMTP / Email Configuration
In Viberent, you can configure your own mail delivery setting.
Go to Configuration - Company Configuration screen
You will see a tick-box titled "I use my own SMTP settings"
When you tick this box on, you will see an SMTP panel appear at the bottom of the screen. Your IT team will have the details to complete this section. Ignore the sampe email ID and password shown in screenshot below. You have to provide your company specific settings. Once this is setup, going forward, your emails will be delivered using your own settings and not routed via Viberent. This will ensure the emails are delivered properly.
