Viberent Mobile App
The Viberent mobile app is available for Android and iOS devices.
For Android devices, more details can be found here. Simply search for "viberent" in Google Play Store on your Android mobile phone or tablet device.
For iOS devices, more details can be found here. Simply search for "viberent" in Apple App Store on your iPhone or iPad device.
The mobile app allows you to perform the following functions.
- Process delivery of rental equipment
- Process return of rental equipment
- Capture Inventory images
Delivery of Rentals
Click the Delivery icon from the main screen.
The system will show any rentals to be delivered for the current date. Specify the Start Date and End date periods for which you wish to process deliveries and click the Search button.
The system will list the rentals including Rental number, Customer name.
Click on View link to view the rental details. The system will list all the items in the rental. You can get mark the items as "Delivered" by ticking the box on each item line. Once all items are marked, you can get the customer to sign-off on the Deliveries. You can also use the Take Photo button to take up to 10 photos regarding the rental. Once the required data is captured, click the Save button to finalise the rental deliveries.
In your Viberent web screen, open the Rental transaction using Transaction - Rental / Invoice screen.
Go to Item Details tab. Click the box titled "Ready to Deliver/Return". You will notice that each line item is marked as Delivered (if ticked on via mobile app).
Go to Other Details tab. You will notice the signature details shown as per example below.
Return of Rentals
The Return process is exactly the same as the Delivery process. Items will be marked as Returned
Inventory Image Capture
Now it is very easy to capture image of inventory items via the mobile app. Click the Inventory icon from the main menu.
You can search by Item code or name. The app will show details as below. Any existing image stored in viberent for the item will be listed one below the other. To capture an image, simply click Take Photo button and start clicking images.
