Service Schedule

Using Scheduling in Customer Service Hub, you can plan and schedule service activities for your Items by bringing together all your resources.

The Service schedule contains all relevant details related to servicing of your rental equipment. You can create the Service Schedule using Maintenance - > Service scheduler menu. Any Service Schedule created in a rental screen for periodical servicing will also be listed here in this screen.

By clicking Search button next to Service Number, you can open the service entry and add additional entries such as start date end date, etc.โ€ฆ

User can search and select items using the search icon next to Item Search field. User can then select the relevant Item Code, Serial Number, Service Type, Start Date, and End Date Time along with below mentioned options to complete the Service Order:

o Item details: You can add Spare Part, Quantity, Rate, Final Rate, Total Amount, Expense Account, and Tax Code.

o Labour details: User can capture labour type and name.

o Custom Charges: User can add custom charges by selecting the customer name.

o Attachments: User can add the attachments.

o Service tasks: User can add service task Name, Description

o Service checklist: User can add service checklist Name, Description

o Comments/Logs: User can add comments, Entered By, Entered On 

Upon data entry completion, user can click the Save button to Save the details.

Create WCA - If the Service schedule is attached to a rental transaction, user can click the Create WCA button to create any service charge associated with the rental.

Print โ€“ User can click this button to print a summary of service details.

Delete โ€“ If Service schedule is no longer required, user can click this button to delete the entry.
