Managing Users & Setting User Permissions

If you have admin permissions on your Viberent account, you can view users and manage permissions from the Configuration > User Setup Configuration menu

Note: you can only create up to the number of users included in your subscription package. If you require further logins, just reach out to support@viberenthq.com 

To view your existing account users, simply press the green search icon next to the username field; 

To set the users permissions - select the appropriate user and use the tick boxes to allow or remove access to screens. 

Note: Once setting new permissions for a user - it is important they log out of Viberent and log back in to reflect the updated account settings.
