Making Bulk Changes To Inventory Items

You can make bulk updates to items in Viberent using the Bulk Item Import and Serial Number Item Import functions found in the main inventory menu. 

To download your full Bulk Or Serial Item Inventory List, simply select  Download Item Import Template from the Inventory - Item Import screen as shown below;  

Note: Item import templates are generated from the inventory information within your Viberent account at the time of download. 

You can then make bulk changes to pricing and other relevant information from within the downloaded inventory template in Excel. Once you are happy with the changes, you can simply the upload the document by selecting Choose File > Start Import as shown below. Once complete, all updates will reflect in your Viberent account. 

Note: Item Code is the unique identifier of all inventory items in Viberent. If changes are made to Item Code, Viberent will consider this to be a new inventory item which will be create in the Viberent account.
