How To Update All Line Item Dates on Quotes and Rentals

You can update the dates of all line items on a quote and rental using the Bulk Update function.

To update all line item dates - open the quote / rental. Under the item grid select the Bulk Update button. A box will appear allowing you to update all dates for all lines as shown below;

Note; All date fields will default to the current date. You must update all values and select update once complete.

Note; The bulk update function is available for posted and un-posted transactions. For posted transactions, you cannot change the Rental Type. For unposted quotes or rentals, you can change the Rental Type.
