Uploading Rental Agreement & Terms and Conditions

Viberent allows you to upload your Rental Agreement and Invoice Terms and Conditions. These documents can be included in all Quotes, Rentals, and Invoices sent from Viberent as needed.

To upload your agreement terms, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Configuration > Agreement Terms.
  2. Choose the option from the list. This will make the field editable, allowing you to upload and save your agreement terms, as shown below.

You can utilize all the available editing tools to customize the layout of your document.

Note: It is best to avoid using tables in your rental agreement. Viberent creates a HTML version of your agreement from behind the scenes and tables can cause conflicts that effects the layout.
