Online Payments Dashboard

The Online Payments Dashboard provides full transparency of online payments made and the corresponding payouts to your bank account.

To access the Online Payments Dashboard, go to Dashboard > Online Payments.

In the dashboard, you'll find:

• The Description field, which lists the Quote/Rental number and Customer name associated with each online payment.
• The Payout field, which shows the amount deposited into your bank account along with the date and time of the transaction.

This dashboard allows you to easily track and reconcile online payments and bank payouts.

You can also view the number of transactions included in each payout by clicking on the icon. This will expand the payout details, allowing you to see a breakdown of all the individual transactions that make up the payout. This feature helps provide greater clarity and transparency of the transactions within each payout.

You can also process refunds directly from the Viberent system. To do this:

1. Click the Refund button.
2. You will be prompted to enter the refund amount and the reason for the refund.
3. After confirming the details, click Yes to process the refund.

Once confirmed, the entered refund amount will be credited back to the customer's account.
