Connecting to your accounting system
Using this screen, the Viberent application will interact with your selected accounting system (e.g., Xero, MYOB, QBO). Viberent will retrieve key data such as customer information, inventory items, account codes, tax codes, and customer invoice terms. This data is then used to generate an invoice in Viberent and post it to the relevant ERP system.
To connect your Viberent account to your selected cloud accounting platform, please follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Configuration menu.
- Select the Load Data screen.
Depending on your chosen accounting system, the page will guide you through each of the required steps to establish the connection. Below is an example from the Xero integration page for reference.
After successfully connecting, click the "Load Xero Data" button. This will trigger a popup, as shown below. From there, you can select the options to sync the relevant data with Viberent.
For MYOB and QBO, the connection page will differ, and the connection methods will also vary. However, the process for syncing data with Viberent will remain the same.
Note: Depending on the size of the accounting file and internet speed, pulling all data from your accounting system using the "load data" function may take a couple of minutes to complete.
