Creating Kits / Packages

Viberent allows you to group inventory items into Kits/Packages, with each Kit/Package assigned to its own Category and Subcategory, and able to maintain its own price. There are two main steps involved in creating Kits/Packages in your Viberent account:

1. Allocate inventory to create your Kit/Package

You can create and edit Kits/Packages in Viberent through the Inventory - Inventory Management screen. To do this:

• Tick the box labeled "It's a Kit/Package."
• Click the "Add/Edit Components" button to enter the components that make up the Kit/Package.

This will allow you to group the relevant inventory items together and define the details of the Kit/Package.

After selecting the components and specifying the relevant quantities, click Done to finalize the selection. Then, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Save to save the inventory.

Users can also view the added components by accessing the "Selected Kit Items" tab within the Inventory Management screen. Here, users can:

• View the components that have been added to the Kit/Package.
• Add or remove components as needed.
• Update the quantities of the components.

This provides flexibility for managing the contents of the Kit/Package.

Input all mandatory fields for your kit/package including Item Tracking By, Sub Category, Income Account etc and save the item. You kit/package is now ready to be used in Viberent!

All kits/packages are prefixed in Viberent as KIT to be easily identified.
