Detailed Quote Layout

Detailed quote layout  provides the option to include further data fields on each quote. When choosing the detailed layout template from the dropdown menu, tick box options appear on the left side of the email window as shown below.

user can select the level of detail to include in the quote being emailed using the tick boxes on the left hand side. Note; Viberent will remember your previous selections from the detailed menu enabling you to select options that will appear for each quote. Quotes sent to a customer with the selection shown above are shown in the example below;
