Cancelled Quotes

Quotes can be cancelled by changing the quote status or using the "cancel quote" button in the customer details section of the quote. When cancelling a quote, Viberent will prompt you to input extra information to record why the quote was cancelled and any cost incurred to the business; 

cancelled quotes will remain on your Viberent account for tracking and reporting purposes. Once a quote has been cancelled, you can change the status back to tentative or confirmed at any stage. If you delete a quote from Viberent, it will be removed in its entirety and will not show in any reporting.
