Disconnect from Xero
New Feature: "Disconnect from Xero"
We have implemented a new option called "Disconnect from Xero". This will:
- Remove the connection between Viberent and Xero.
- Delete all data imported from Xero to Viberent.
- Remove any associated API-related data, including inventory, quotes, and rentals.
The screenshot below shows that Viberent is currently connected to the "Demo Company (AU)" Xero file.
Please note that the "Disconnect from Xero" button will only be visible once the system is successfully connected to Xero.
When you click the button, a confirmation box will appear, prompting you to confirm your action. The message will ask:
Are you sure you want to disconnect the XERO integration?
Disconnecting the XERO connection will remove all API-related data from Viberent, including quotes and rental information.
Please confirm if you would like to proceed?
If you click "Yes", the following will occur:
- The Viberent app will be disconnected from the Xero App Store.
- All data imported from Xero (including inventory, quotes, and rentals) will be permanently removed from Viberent.
Once the above process is complete, a confirmation message will be displayed, as shown in the screenshot below.
Afterward, if you check the 'Connected Apps' section in your Xero portal, you will notice that Viberent is no longer listed.
