Deleting Rentals in Viberent

Deleting Rentals that are not Posted to accounting system or Finalized

If your rental is not posted to accounting system such as Xero or MYOB or QBO, you can simply click the Delete button at the bottom of the screen.

Deleting Rentals that are not Posted to accounting system or Finalized

If your rental is posted to accounting system or Finalized, you need to Undo the posting first before you can Delete the rental.

Open the rental
Go to Invoice History
Click the tick-box besides Invoice Number
Click the Undo button
Follow instructions
You need to delete the invoice in your accounting system manually since the accounting systems do not allow delete of invoices from external applications

This will bring the rental back to an unposted state. You can then click Delete at the bottom of the screen.
