One Line Posting to Accounting System

This function allows you to post invoice to Xero with just one line entry for all the rental line items rather than posting each and individual item line. This will be useful if you have many lines in your rental and you only want to show the rental amount for the rental amounts with a one line description.

In the Company Configuration screen, tick the box titled "One line posting to ERP (Xero)" and click the Save button below.

This function is currently available for Xero only. It will be progressively introduced for other accounting systems such as MYOB and QBO.

Once enabled, whenever an invoice is posted to Xero, it will include one line combining the amount for all the line items.
