Create/Maintain Customer Details

There are several ways to create Customer details in Viberent, such as:

  • From Quote screen
  • From Rental screen
  • From Customer screen

The steps are similar regardless of the option you choose:

  1. Navigate to the relevant screen: Click Customer at the top of the screen, or open the Quote or Rental screen.
  2. Add a new customer: Click the Add New Customer button.
  3. Enter customer details: Fill in the required details, following the example provided.
  4. Save the customer record: Click the Save button to save the customer details.
  5. Post to the accounting system: Click the Post to [Accounting System] button (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or QBO) to sync the customer information with your accounting system.

From the Quote or Rental screen, if you need to create a new customer contact, simply click the Add New button next to the Customer Name box. This will allow you to input the customer details. Once entered, click Save to save the information, and then click Post to sync the customer data with the relevant ERP system.
